Refund & Exchange Policy

Every Just Fur Fun Art piece is custom-printed to order. Because of this, all sales are final and we are not able to offer refunds or exchanges except in the case of shipping damage.

Damage Inspection — 48 Hours

We package every piece with care, but accidents in transit do happen. Please inspect your package the moment it arrives.

If your artwork arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery via our contact form at justfurfunart.com/pages/contact with your order number and clear photos of the damage and the packaging. We will ship a replacement of the same piece at no cost to you. Reports made after the 48-hour window cannot be honored.

Non-Returnable

All other orders are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. This includes wrong size or color ordered, change of mind after delivery, items reported as damaged after 48 hours, gift cards, and sale or promotional items.

Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, before production begins. After production starts, cancellation is not possible.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off

Customers in the European Union may exercise their statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery. To qualify the item must be in new, unused condition in its original packaging, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Contact us to begin the process.
